Double-Crossed on Double Time!

I’m not saying I’m a spy, but when the intelligence community needs an extra hand, I don’t mind taking the call. One recent mission had me leapfrogging across the globe in pursuit of Karloff, my nemesis. On a tip from my associate Alex Lemur, I set off for the snowy slopes of Switzerland.

At the ski lodge, I was supposed to intercept a package left behind by Karloff. But when I went to the drop site, there was nothing there. I then realized that Lemur had forgotten to adjust his calculations for the change in time zone. Using my Swiss Cross Watch, I knew which time was correct. That’s because this watch carries an additional hand to check the hour in another time zone. Known as a GMT function, this hand works in combination with the rotating black and red bezel to give you an idea of whether its day or night in another location.
